As you shop through us, within 1-2 days we will assign you your SmartPoints but initially these will be in 'PENDING' state i.e. you will not be able to use them. As your order gets successfully delivered to you, all you need to do is forward the order completed/delivered mail (received from the online store you placed the order at) to mypoints@smartpick.in. We will validate it once with our e-Commerce partner and then on confirmation, will activate your pending SmartPoints. Feel free to use your points as per your wish.
